What shipping methods are used?
When is my order processed?
All orders are typically processed in 1 to 2 business days. For out-of-stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week.
When will I receive my order?
You will be able to receive your order within approximately 7 business days.
How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?
All customers will receive a confirmation email with instructions for tracking their package after their order has been shipped. For order inquiries, please send us an email (lingxiaoservice@gmail.com) or go to the "Contact Us" page. In addition to your question, please include your name, address, and order transaction number so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?
If we have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order.
If you have just submitted your order online, send an e-mail via the Contact Us form.
Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order transaction number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change to your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via e-mail.

Does it have a warranty?
Each of our product has a 2 years warranty, so please do not worry. Any problems you can contact us for solutions.
How should I use and clean a nebulizer?
Clean the accessories with about 50℃ warm distilled water. Shake out water dry them with a clean, soft towel, or leave them air-dry in a clean place.
